Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. In the event of a no-show, this deposit will be lost. This deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment. Bookings can be rescheduled with no prejudice, provided the requests are received up to an hour before the start time of the booking.
